Communications
with care.

Tatia Pacey Tatia Pacey

I've always been drawn to hospitality because of what it stands for — genuine care, real connection, making people feel welcome. The right story, told by the right person, does exactly that.

Tatia found her way into communications through a genuine love of people, places and the art of making connections. Growing up in hotels across Asia gave her an early understanding of what true hospitality looks like: the warmth, the attention to detail, the quiet intention behind every guest experience. Having lived across Singapore, Bali, Taipei, Manila, New Delhi, Seoul and Los Angeles, she brings a cross-cultural fluency to her work, particularly across the Asia Pacific region, where she has deep roots and a genuine passion for the stories of the places and people who define it.

Over the past decade, Tatia has been telling the stories of some of the world's leading hotels, resorts and destinations across media relations, brand partnerships, digital content and executive positioning. Most recently she led communications for Park Hyatt Tokyo's highly anticipated reopening, the debut of Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol, and public relations for Park Hyatt Kyoto, Park Hyatt Niseko and The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara. Before that, she oversaw corporate communications for Hyatt's luxury and lifestyle brands and supported a wide-ranging portfolio including Rocco Forte Hotels, Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, multiple Ritz-Carlton properties across Asia Pacific, JSX, Aero, Visit Victoria and Hong Kong Tourism Board.

Her placements span the titles that matter most: Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, T Magazine, The Financial Times, Vogue, AFAR, The New York Times, Wallpaper*, Robb Report, Elle Decor and more, always with an eye toward coverage that is meaningful. She does all of this with a commitment to relationships over transactions, believing that good communications, like good hospitality, begins and ends with people.
